A different kind of background for an insurance broker — and it's exactly why I approach coverage the way I do.
I didn't come up through insurance boardrooms. I came up through a degree in Unmanned Aircraft Systems and a career flying delivery drones — work built entirely on precision, procedure, and never leaving anything to guesswork.
When I moved into health insurance, I brought that same approach with me: chart the clearest path through a complicated system, and get people where they need to be without surprises along the way. That's still the whole job, plan by plan, client by client.
I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in Unmanned Aircraft Systems — drones. It's a field built on precision: reading conditions accurately, following procedure, and making sure nothing is left to guesswork before you commit to a route.
I put that degree to work flying drones for Walmart and Chick-fil-A delivery programs — plotting routes, watching for obstacles, and getting things where they needed to go safely and on time.
Eventually I moved careers into helping families, individuals, and businesses with health insurance. The industries look nothing alike on the surface, but the job is the same at its core: take something complicated, chart a clear path through it, and get people where they need to be without surprises along the way.
That's what Tenore Health Solutions is built on — plotting a clear course to the right coverage, plan by plan, for every client who needs one.
